Smoking Policy:
No smoking is permitted in the house.

Cleaning Policy:
The house is provided to all guests in clean condition. Please leave the house in clean condition. Guests who leave the house in an unacceptable condition will be responsible for additional cleaning fees. Guests are responsible for taking your personal items with them at the end of their stay.

Linen Policy:
We can provide for an extra $400 per rental, or you can furnish your own (recommended).
The house features 2 King size beds, 6 Queen size beds, 2 Queen size Futons and 2 Twin size beds.

$2000 + the cost of your rental. Security Deposit is needed before renters arrive at house.
